The undertaking
The tasteful modern project is signed by Pablo Siemenson, who is also responsible for Parque Cidade Jardim and Praça Vila Nova developments. With glass facade that lets in the natural lighting, this 23-story building will consist of 3 units per floor, with an exclusive hall and elevator, which provides the same privacy of one apartment per floor.
The storey of the apartments are composed of three different sizes, namely 123m², with two bedrooms (all en suite); 157m² and 163m², both with 3 bedrooms (all en suite). The upper storey will have five duplex units: 190m², 248m², two with 360m² and 373m². All apartments with view to Ibirapuera Park neighborhood. Three types of apartments and two duplex will be contemplated with a higher external area than others. The balconies can be integrated with the living room, offering more comfort and space.
The standard units will have 2 to 3 parking spaces and penthouses will count with 4 distributed in three basements.
The ground floor, a stunning lobby and other ambiances will be decorated by the renowned architect Roberto Migotto, who has participated in various editions of Casa Cor and has works publicized in the best-known architecture magazines of the country.
Landscaping design will be signed by Marcelo Faisal. Active participant of Casa Cor, his projects have been awarded by House, Space D, among other magazines.
